1. Services Provided
We provide educational courses, online classes, coaching, doula support, and lactation consulting services. These services are intended for informational, educational, and supportive purposes and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are subject to our cancellation and refund policies, which are provided at the time of booking or purchase. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Embrace Childbirth & Lactation, LLC, we value your time and commitment. Our policies are designed to protect both clients and providers while keeping things fair and transparent.
1. Lactation Consults & Private Services
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations/Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
II. Classes, Workshops & Programs
Refunds: All class and workshop fees are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Transfers: If you cannot attend a class, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session or gift it to another participant, subject to availability. Digital Products/Online Programs: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online classes, downloads, and programs are final.
III. Doula Services
Doula service retainers are non-refundable. If services are canceled by the client before 37 weeks of pregnancy, partial refunds of any unused balance may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If services are canceled by Embrace Childbirth & Lactation, LLC, clients will receive a full refund of any unused portion.
IV. Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, hospitalization, or unforeseen crisis, please contact us directly. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
3. Health Disclaimer
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not provide medical advice or medical services. Always seek the advice of your physician, pediatrician, or qualified health provider with any questions regarding your health, pregnancy, or child.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, class materials, and handouts, are the property of Embrace Childbirth & Lactation, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.
