Hosted by the Embrace Birth and Postpartum Doula Team.
Take a break and come connect with other moms who truly understand the ups, downs, and everything in between. Our casual moms meetups are scheduled in South Lake Tahoe and Minden areas, with Reno and Virtual options coming soon! It's completely free to join, no pressure, no schedule, no judgment. Just come as you are. Whether you're in the newborn haze, chasing toddlers, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here.

Where to Find Us?
Minden: First Thursdays & 3rd Saturdays in the shaded grassy area near the playground at Lampe Park.
South Lake Tahoe: Every Tuesday in the garden at Paddle House Brews, 2nd Mondays at Elevate Wellness Lounge.
What to bring?
Bring a blanket, some snacks, and your beautiful, messy version of motherhood.
